It's officially Spring! With Spring comes the annual tradition of the Real World Hunger Games. The 5th Spring (and 7th overall) RWHG will be held on May 27th. Spring has proved to be a perfect time for a Hunger Games. The weeds have not yet fully take over the arena. The bugs bite but not with the frequency of mid-summer. The cold and rain are omnipresent in tributes' minds but not with the severity to make the experience unbearable.
Spring also signals the beginning of the end of the school year. This timing presents a perfect opportunity to recruit new tributes and remind experienced tributes.
