Something's Brewing

The RWHG YouTube Channel releases a new promo video this week. The video appears to promote a 2021 Real World Hunger Games invitational. Could it really be true? How does a person get an invite? Where will the games be?

Despite these unanswered questions, there is a ton of excitement for this potential return of the Real World Hunger Games.

Results Are Here...Finally

After the 2017 Real World Hunger Games, RWHG operations went into a hibernation mode. As a result, exact records of the final RWHG were lost to history. Fortunately, the arena-side live stream helped to preserve most of the day's events.

This stream has been carefully scrutinized to recreate a new official record including deaths, kills, and other events of the day.

Tributes who wish to dispute these results may do so, but they must provide video evidence. Tributes have until the end of June 2020 to submit any disputes, after which the results will become permanently official.

Are They Back?!?

A flurry of RWHG activity over the past few weeks has fans more exited than they have been in several years. It all started with the following Facebook post by RWHG Director of Directing, David Dolfin:

The post has generated quite a bit of buzz including 9 likes, 1 Facebook comment, and several curious questions from former tributes in the local grocery store.

Unfortunately, the lack of further news made it all feel like a cruel prank by a man without a social life. That was until last night...

The RWHG's oft-forgotten Instagram account began posting once more. The post (shown below) include the caption 'Fear not, the hunger is returning...'

Could it really be true? Could the Real World Hunger Games really be making a return? When will the next event happen? Hopefully, the anxious RWHG fans will not remain in the dark for long.
